تم تطوير تطبيق ميزان (المشار إليه فيما بعد بـ«التطبيق») بواسطة ميزان («المطوّر»). نحن نحترم خصوصيتك، وتوضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك عند استخدام التطبيق.
جميع عمليات تحليل الأبيات واكتشاف البحور والتفعيلات تتم محلياً بالكامل داخل جهازك. لا نجمع ولا نرسل ولا نخزّن نصوص الأبيات التي تكتبها.
لا يتطلّب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا إدخال اسم أو بريد إلكتروني أو أي معلومات تعريفية.
قد نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات تحليلات وقياس إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة لفهم طريقة استخدام التطبيق وقياس فعالية حملاتنا الإعلانية. قد تُجمع من خلالها بيانات استخدام عامة، مثل: تثبيت التطبيق وفتحه، واستخدام الميزات (مثل اسم البحر الناتج عن التحليل دون نص البيت)، وظهور شاشة الاشتراك، وعمليات الشراء (نوع المنتج وسعره وعملته)، إضافة إلى معلومات تقنية عن الجهاز (مثل الطراز ونظام التشغيل واللغة والدولة التقريبية) ومعرّفات خاصة بالتطبيق.
هذه البيانات غير مرتبطة بهويتك، ولا نستخدمها لتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى، ولا نصل إلى المعرّف الإعلاني لجهازك. يلتزم مزوّدو هذه الخدمات بحماية البيانات وفق سياسات خصوصية لا تقل عن هذه السياسة، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.
التطبيق مجاني للتحميل، ويقدّم اشتراكات (شهرية وسنوية) وشراءً لمدى الحياة عبر متجر التطبيقات الذي حمّلت منه التطبيق. تُعالَج بيانات الدفع بالكامل بواسطة المتجر ووفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به، ولا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك أو هويتك. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
التطبيق ليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية منهم.
قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. عند حدوث أي تغيير، سيتم تعديل «تاريخ السريان» أعلى هذه الصفحة. ننصح بمراجعة هذه الصفحة دورياً.

The Mizan application (the “App”) is developed by Mizan (the “Developer”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how your data is handled when you use the App.
All verse analysis and meter detection are performed entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store the text of the verses you write.
The App does not require creating an account, signing in, or entering a name, email, or any identifying information.
We may use third-party analytics and advertising-measurement service providers to understand how the App is used and to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. These may collect general usage data such as app installs and opens, feature usage (e.g. the name of the detected meter, never the verse text), paywall views, and purchases (product type, price and currency), along with technical device information (such as model, OS version, language and approximate country) and app-specific identifiers.
This data is not linked to your identity. We do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not access your device’s advertising identifier. These providers are required to protect the data under privacy policies at least as protective as this one. We do not sell your data.
The App is free to download and offers subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a lifetime purchase through the app store you downloaded it from. Payment data is processed entirely by that store under its own privacy policy; your card details and identity never reach us. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Effective date” at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
